Challenge

Designing a system that serves multiple personas — Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, CXOs, and Candidates — each with distinct workflows and pain points. The platform had to provide real-time status visibility, fair AI assessments, seamless scheduling, and eliminate redundant decision bottlenecks, all while complying with enterprise-grade security and integration needs.

Objective

To build a modular, AI-native hiring platform that enhances speed, intelligence, and precision in talent acquisition. The platform needed to integrate with existing enterprise HCM systems, provide a unified dashboard across stages (screening, assessment, interviews, feedback, and offer), and deliver a delightful experience for all stakeholders.

Results

Enabled a 60% faster time-to-hire and reduced candidate drop-offs by 45%. Integrated AI features like smart profile matching, interview summarization, and predictive joining probability helped hiring managers make better decisions.
