SetuLogix
User Experience
India’s freight and logistics sector suffers from chronic fragmentation, with underutilized fleets, manual dispatching, disconnected customs workflows, and reactive planning. SetuLogix was envisioned as a centralized logistics operating system to orchestrate truck, container, route, and driver intelligence through an AI-first platform. It was developed to serve large logistics players, fleet managers, container owners, and customs agencies — all through one scalable interface.

Challenge
-Highly fragmented workflows across fleet owners, drivers, customs officers, and shipment lines -No centralized visibility into asset availability, delay risks, or cost metrics -Manual trip planning led to inefficiencies, fuel losses, and underused assets -Lack of real-time route optimization and urgency-based dispatch logic -Resistance from low-tech users (drivers, field teams) toward digital systems
Objective
The mission was to build an accessible, cloud-based platform offering AI-driven video editing, green screen removal, and text-to-video generation. By integrating machine learning into an intuitive interface, Edbost aimed to empower creators without technical expertise.
Results
-Reduced idle fleet percentage by 30% through AI-driven trip suggestions -Increased load utilization by 25% with dynamic container-driver-route matching -Cut down route planning time by 40% via the Smart Route Explorer -Reduced customs clearance & dispatch delay by up to 2 hours through digital handshakes and document sync -Enabled predictive alerting for shipment risks, compliance flags, and route deviations — increasing field reliability and CXO visibility
