Adani Group conducts one of India’s largest campus hiring programs to recruit top graduate talent across engineering and management institutes. However, the hiring process was fragmented across spreadsheets, emails, and manual interventions, leading to delays, errors, and a poor candidate experience. The initiative aimed to streamline the entire graduate recruitment lifecycle using a centralized digital platform with AI-powered intelligence.

Challenge

Designing an end-to-end digital platform that could scale across 100+ campuses, integrate with Oracle HCM, and serve multiple stakeholders — candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and the central HR team. The platform had to handle large volumes of applicants in real time while ensuring fairness, data accuracy, and decision-making speed. Delivering a consumer-grade UX for a traditionally bureaucratic HR workflow was a key challenge.

Objective

To create a seamless, intelligent hiring platform for graduate recruitment that automates the hiring journey — from job posting and application to AI-assisted screening, interviews, and offer management. The goal was to reduce manual dependency, speed up campus drive operations, and enhance the experience for both recruiters and candidates.

Results

The platform accelerated the time-to-offer by 50%, reduced recruiter workload through automation, and improved candidate satisfaction through transparency and real-time updates. Over 20,000 applications were processed with zero manual sorting, leveraging AI-based assessments, screening logic, and predictive joining analytics. The system is now used across all Adani business verticals for annual graduate hiring.
