Challenge

The core challenge was to design a scalable product system that could unify three highly distinct service domains — each with different user intents, regulatory dependencies, and design behaviors — into one seamless experience. Ensuring consistent usability and performance across platforms while balancing business complexity was critical.

Objective

To conceptualize and design an intuitive, modular digital platform that would act as a central access point for consumers across travel bookings, personal finance management, and home & lifestyle services. The product needed to reduce fragmentation, improve discoverability, and encourage cross-service engagement via a personal AI assistant.

Results

Successfully launched MVP with deep integrations across domains, resulting in a 3X increase in user engagement and 40% uplift in service cross-utilization. The foundational design system enabled faster development cycles and consistent brand experience across channels. Recognized internally as a benchmark for future platform rollouts.
